The Chevaliers is well defined on the nose, but quite muted at first and demanding coaxing from the glass. It opens nicely to reveal apricot-blossom, orange zest and a touch of white peach – very pretty. The palate is well balance and composed, refined hazelnut tinged fruit, very precise on the finish.
