Robert Parker: "This is the only white wine from Jonathan Maltus (of Le Dome fame) and comes from a vineyard just on the other side of the river, composed of clay over limestone with 10-year-old vines. The 2018 Le Nardian is composed of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Muscadelle and 10% Sémillon aging in 50% new and 50% one-year-old oak; it will be bottled after 12 months. It comes bounding out of the glass with all of the exuberance of a young pup, offering up vibrant pineapple upside down cake, green mango, white peaches and spiced pears notes with hints of lemongrass, dill seed and white pepper. Full-bodied, concentrated and oh-so-enticing, it has seamless freshness lifting the wonderfully oily texture and finishes long and spicy. Yum!" (92-94)

Antonio Galloni: "The 2018 Le Nardian is laced with the essence of pineapple, tangerine, white flowers and mint. As always, Nardian is one of the more tropical whites in Bordeaux, but the 2018 also has a good bit of freshnees that serves to balance things out. The 2018 is a gorgeous Nardian."
